The supporting structure consists of a monolithic base in thick steel, well ribbed and especially rigid. The particular structure, with very broad base has been designed to ensure stability and precision in cutting phase during all working conditions.
The mobile gantry structure is made up of a solid single block which is anchored to the base and slides on racks and prismatic guides equipped with recirculating ball bearings of the highest quality.
The fast and accurate positioning of the mobile gantry structure (X axis) and operating units (Y-axis) is obtained with pinion and sloping toothed rack, which ensure the precise positioning of the operating unit along the Z axis.
System for automatic lubrication of X, Y and Z axis totally managed by numerical control. This option eliminates completely the need for manual maintenance of handling components.
The sturdy Gantry structure, combined with perfect mechanical dynamics and with the double motorization along the X axis of the mobile gantry structure controlled by Brushless motors, allow to obtain the highest accuracy of positioning and very high speed of movement with maximum results in terms of quality and finish.
The catenary system integrated in the base permits the operator to enjoy the maximum efficiency of the machine.
The operating units are modular and can be combined.

AFL is the new intelligent high productivity unit used for the sectioning of carton and composite materials. It has a new generation algorithmic system which automatically performs transversal, longitudinal, 45° (folding) cuts at very high speed and quality, without creating scrap and wasting material.
Double roto-translating die-cutting unit (RPM 1700) equipped with controlled Z axis of positioning and with pneumatic launch during processing phase. The units have an internal section to remove the die-cutting scraps. The Pen, with manually removable cartridge, is collocated on the FP unit.

The worktop, which is highly flexible and configurable, has micro-perforated panels that ensure not only the maximum flatness during cutting phase but also the best blocking of the material. The worktop consists of 24 independent vacuum areas selected by CNC.
The retractable stops on the worktop allow the operator to perform a precise positioning of the material to be worked.
The SD Software Design is a completely modular software including several packages that can be implemented. It has been designed to make the use of machine easier and more intuitive.
The laser enables the operator to position the sheet to be cut, simply and rapidly, without need of external geometric reference.
A high resolution camera enables identification of references on the printed material and consequently adaptation of cutting program.
It optimizes at best also small amounts of material, by projecting the shape to be cut on the machine worktop.
